It is constructed of stainless steel, and it has revolving handles for easy use and a firm grip. The double-beveled, hardened stainless steel knives provide long-lasting service. This roller cutter includes food grade Celcon spacers between each knife with widths of 1/8″, 1/2″, and 3/4″. These spacers are adjustable to create different combinations of piece sizes.
