This 3M HF60-CLS water filter cartridge is the perfect way to provide top-quality water for your business and serves as a direct replacement for the one that came standard with 3M HF160-CLS High Flow Series water filtration systems. The cartridge is designed to filter for sediment, bacteria, chloramines, chlorine taste / odor, cysts, and scale to keep your water tasting fresh and clean, and to ensure that any equipment using that water will produce an acceptable final product. By reducing the scale in your water, you also prevent harmful mineral deposits which can accumulate on equipment and reduce efficiency. It boasts a 0.2 micron rating and a 2.2 GPM flow rate. The sanitary quick change encapsulated design makes it easy to switch out the filter and get back to work – just turn the old cartridge to slide it out, and rotate the new cartridge into place to lock it in with no need for a filter wrench or other tools. It should be changed out with a new cartridge every 4,700 gallons or 12 months for best performance. This cartridge and compatible systems are commonly used with coffee and hot tea equipment and ice machines.
