The operator can choose from 1/2, 1, or 1 1/2 gallons per batch, ensuring that just the right amount of coffee is brewed to optimize on costs and reduce waste. In fact, thanks to the IntelliFresh technology, this brewer continuously monitors and holds coffee temperatures by gently adding heat to help preserve the integrity and flavor of each brew.
This unit features a digital control module that provides precise control over the time, temperature, and volume of each specific brew. It also comes with pre-set, one-touch global recipes that are based on the coffee type, grind, and weight. With these features, the operator can pre-program exact requirements to ensure piping hot, gourmet coffee each and every time!
Engineered for easy servicing and maintenance, this coffee brewer has a smart, water-tolerant design.
