It features (1) 5 lb. and (2) 10 lb. hoppers so that you can offer guests a variety of flavors to choose from while assigning top selling flavors to the larger hoppers to reduce the frequency of refills. This dispenser’s simple design not only makes it easy to use for all customers, but also helps minimize costly waste and cleanup of messy pours. The cup locator guides and the bright yellow dispensing tubes combine to direct users to proper cup placement, and dispensing product is as simple as the push of a button! This unit is shipped ready for manual dispensing so that you need only to hold the “push” button until the cup is 3/4 full but, for increased versatility and portion control, you can also configure the machine to dispense by time so that a single tap of the “push” button triggers the flow of product for the same amount of time, every time.
This Curtis PCGT3DV primo cappuccino dispenser’s digital control module gives you precise control over powder flow, temperature, and other critical functions, while high velocity whipping motors, direct drive mixing augers, and fixed-flow water system ensure precise blending and consistent drink quality. Plus, due to its angled whipping chamber, this dispensing system drains liquids far better than other systems to significantly reduce cleaning requirements. To help ensure the dispenser’s long-lasting performance and keep downtime to a bare minimum, on-board self diagnostics are continuously scanning for proper brew operations, alerting the operator with a service phone number and error code if technical assistance is required. The unit requires a 110V electrical connection for a 1800W output, but can also operate on a 220V connection for a 3000W output.
