It features a 25 lb. capacity built-in ice bin, but it can produce up to 45 lb. of ice per day. Designed to fit perfectly into a 15″ cabinet, the unit is also able to stand alone with its sleek stainless steel design and aesthetically pleasing door handle. The compact size of the machine maximizes your space in tight bars and kitchens. The bin features bright LED lights for visibility, and has a large opening to quickly and easily scoop ice for your customers.
This unit makes gourmet square ice cubes, which are perfect for various uses at restaurants, bars, and cafes to keep beverages cool and refreshing. The clear cubes provide an attractive appearance while keeping your cocktails, mixed drinks, high-end liquors and other beverages chilled to perfection. Making the ice is easy with the accessible control panel that features 3 modes – automatic ice making, cleaning and sanitizing, and a delay start option. As an added bonus, a filter replacement light will appear when the filter needs replacing. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection.
