An excellent addition to daycare centers, classrooms, or Head Start facilities, this versatile unit features a removable tabletop easel that attaches securely to the base. Its 5/8″ thick freckled-gray laminate design will fit into any educational setting, while its navy edging adds a pop of color and draws the attention of children. Made with TRUEdge thermo-fused technology, the edging cannot be removed from the unit, allowing it to last as long as the product does.
This product is built with a wide range of features for safety and durability. The KYDZSafe design’s rounded edges and kickplates allow for play without worrying about sharp corners, pinching fingers, or losing toys underneath the art center. The KYDZStrong dual-laminate construction boasts an MDF core that is formulated for superior longevity. Plus, the MAXBracket triangular caster connection allows for the unit to be moved anywhere without putting added stress on the wheel and bracket.
This art center supports up to 4 children at a time. It comes with clips for hanging paper on the easel and a tray for paints and brushes. Plenty of shelving beneath the easels and the space in between the two easels provides ample room for storing art supplies. Additionally, the panels of the easels are made with a Write-n-Wipe surface, allowing kids to practice writing and drawing with the benefit of an easy cleanup. These panels are able to be swapped out with acrylic and chalkboard panels (sold separately).
