Scotsman NS0422A-1 Prodigy® Plus Series 22″ Air Cooled Nugget Ice Machine with Bin – 420 lb.

With the ability to produce up to 420 lb. of ice per day, this Scotsman Prodigy® Plus air cooled ice machine with bin will keep up with the ice demands of your restaurant, bar, or institution.

Designed to use 40% less water and 15% less energy than ice machines that produce traditional cubed ice, this unit will save you money in more ways than one. It features a removable and reusable air filter, as well as easy-to-use on / off buttons. The refrigeration system utilizes R-404A refrigerant and requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.

Designed for energy efficiency, this model consumes 5.36 kWh of energy per 100 lb. of ice produced. It uses 12 gallons of potable water per 100 lb. of ice produced and the air cooled condenser uses 100 gallons.

Soft, Chewable Nugget Ice

This unit produces soft, chewable nugget ice, making it perfect for use in a variety of settings, from restaurants and hotels to nursing homes and hospitals. It displaces more liquid than cubed ice to lower syrup costs per cup in mixed drinks and fountain beverages and absorbs the flavor of the drink that it is cooling.

Included Ice Bin

Featuring new, sleek, contemporary styling, the Scotsman B322S 370 lb. ice bin is a perfect match to this ice machine. It includes a convenient, built-in scoop holder and has an easily removable baffle that can be disassembled for cleaning without the use of tools. It also has a unique recessed drain fitting for maximum installation flexibility. A spring loaded door with hidden hinges allows your staff to always have easy access to the ice supply.
