This boiler holds up to 3 gallons which speeds up the cooking and serving process by eliminating the time spent waiting for water to boil. Thanks to the “no drip” faucet, you won’t need to worry about excess product dripping away! This dispenser is designed with an automatic refill that is attached to a plumbing connection for hot water at the push of a button.
This hot water boiler features precise temperature control and accuracy with a temperature range from 150 – 205 degrees Fahrenheit (66 – 96 degrees Celsius). Digital controls include temperature and time settings, light controls, and night mode, all displayed on a blue backlit LCD display. Ideal for off-site events, catering, and banquets, this unit offers a warming surface on top with guard rails to prevent spills and accidents. For on-site applications, set the “night-mode” feature to automatically start heating water overnight to ensure water is hot and ready to use when you need it!
This hot water dispenser is crafted from heavy-duty, 304 brushed stainless steel with caution markings and features a removable drip tray for convenient cleaning. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation and the unit features a 3′ cord.
