A digital control module utilizes an intuitive interface to streamline and simplify operation, ensuring complete control over each batch of coffee. A multitude of pre-programmed recipes come already built in to the unit, with customizable brew settings of each type for fine-tuned results. With all of these cutting-edge features, you’ll never have to worry about brew consistency.
The thermal FreshTrac dispenser features three smart indicators that monitor the temperature and holding time of each batch, so the operator can focus on other tasks without worrying about coffee quality. The at-a-glance liquid level indicator keeps track of how much coffee is in the dispenser, so you can quickly determine when you’ll need to make more. Next, a quality timer can be programmed to count up or down to efficiently monitor holding time. Finally, this server features an LED display that flashes red or green to signal important information about the coffee, such as freshness, warning levels, or complete expiration.
