With a deluxe cap-lifter built into the handle, this Franmara 2018-01 wine steward’s waiter’s corkscrew with black handle makes opening bottles quick, easy, and efficient! This European-style corkscrew is perfect for restaurants, wineries, and catered events. To use, start by extending the built-in stainless steel knife. Cut the foil around the neck of the bottle, retract the knife, and remove the capsule. You’re now ready to open the bottle.
Insert the nickel-plated worm into the cork. This open spiral worm features a filet running down it to cut into the cork quicker than with traditional worms. Turn the handle to drive the worm further into the cork, until about a half a turn is showing. Place the stainless steel boot lever on the rim of the bottle extract the cork.
