Mrs. Anderson’s Pie Weight Chain keeps empty pie shells from shrinking, bubbling and buckling during the baking process. Blind baking couldn’t be easier! This technique weighs down the bottom of the pie dough to help reduce shrinking and keep bubbles from forming. This 6-feet long chain works for different sizes of pie and allows for easy placement and removal. Heat transfers evenly so crusts bake to a perfect golden brown.
