With high load capacity bearings for increased reliability and a powerful 1/2 hp compressor, this unit is capable of producing 370 lb. of ice per 24 hour period to keep up with a high demand setting.
The small ice flakes this machine produces cool food or beverages rapidly and mold to any shape. Since flake ice fits around food products without bruising them, it is perfect for displaying seafood and meat in cold food tables, or forming around serving bowls and pans in salad bars and display cases. Plus, the flake ice can also be used to make blended drinks or a variety of other refreshments.
Featuring a heavy-duty stainless steel cabinet to resist corrosion, this unit provides reliable service over the long term. As an added benefit, the exterior wipes clean to keep your machine looking sleek. Not only is this ice machine easy to clean, it also provides service updates to the operator which help to simplify installation and maintenance.
This unit can create ice using water between 37 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit and will operate in ambient temperatures between 50 and 110 degrees Fahrenheit. It requires a 115V electrical connection and a water connection for operation.
