This cutting frame is compatible with the Pavoni LIRA/M manual dessert slicer and LIRA/E110V semi-automatic dessert slicer. It creates 1 3/8″ thick, linear cuts of both hard and soft desserts, allowing you to uniformly slice product in just one chop.
This cutting frame is simple to remove for easy cleaning and to swap it out with other frames (sold separately). It features a heavy-duty, one-piece metal frame with stainless steel components. It has heavy-duty, grooved plastic discs to securely hold the wire on the underside of frame.
