It features a proprietary SmartSite time stamp alignment guide to keep time card punches and time stamps perfectly aligned. With the help of a 3-way viewing window and red linear LED light, lining up time card punches or documents that need stamping is easier than ever! This product’s custom printing feature lets you stamp up to 2 lines of custom type, while the counter mode allows for sequential page numbering up to 9,999 consecutive stamps. For added versatility, the adjustable side-loading card and document feed accepts various paper sizes.
This unit displays the date, time, and day of the week on an easy-to-read, backlit LCD screen. For further convenience, it automatically adjusts to daylight saving time and can be mounted to a wall or desktop. It prints in both 12- and 24-hour time formats, and it can print in multiple languages including English, Spanish, and French. This unit is powered by an AC adapter and comes with an internal backup battery that protects data and settings for up to 7 days without power.
