It helps prevent heat loss and keeps ingredients secure as the cooker mixer stirs and mixes batches of caramel, toffee, brittle, fudge, praline, nougat, and other confectionary treats. It has a slot that allows you to operate your equipment with the cover on the kettle. This lid is compatible with 24″ diameter kettles (sold separately).
