Capable of producing up to 400 lb. of 7/8″ x 7/8″ x 7/8″ medium-sized ice per day, this ice machine is designed with intelligent sensor technology to maximize efficiency and lower operating costs. For ease of use, it comes equipped with an AutoAlert panel that displays the machine status through an indicator light that is easily visible from across the room. This light will signal your staff when it is time to descale and sanitize, taking the guesswork out of maintenance. Plus, the patented WaterSense adaptive purge control delivers maximum reliability by reducing scale buildup for a longer time between cleanings.
The Scotsman KPAS advanced sustainability kit includes the Scotsman KVS Vari-Smart ice level control kit and the KSBU-N Smart-Board network capable control kit. The Vari-Smart ice level control allows you to set the amount of ice produced to reflect your needs as your demand for ice fluctuates from one day to the next, while the Smart-Board control panel helps diagnose any problems with your ice machine.
For further convenience, this ice machine connects with the ICELINQ mobile app via Bluetooth. ICELINQ allows you to easily adjust the settings of your ice machine, and it provides real-time diagnostics and guided cleanings to simplify the user experience. Additionally, this unit can be put on Preservation Mode, which will maximize uptime and notify staff of any potential issues. To save time and money, this unit allows one-touch cleaning. Plus, the removable filter is located on the front, making this unit perfect for tight spaces.
The ice storage bin is capable of holding up to 344 lb. of ice and is constructed of durable plastic. It has an easily removable baffle and requires no tools for cleaning. It also has a unique recessed drain fitting for maximum installation flexibility. A spring-loaded door with hidden hinges allows for easy opening and closing, and a built-in scoop holder prevents the scoop from being misplaced. Designed for energy efficiency, this model consumes 6.23 kWh of energy per 100 lb. of ice produced. For the utmost convenience, this unit also includes an industry-exclusive QR code that instantly connects users to warranty and service information.
