This unique, 5 gallon capacity brewing system yields up to 2.5 gallons of coffee concentrate, which can craft up to 108 (16 fl. oz.) drinks per batch. The cold-water extraction process allows you to brew full-bodied, aromatic coffee or tea with minimal effort from your staff. Cold brewing removes the oils and acids from ground coffee beans that quickly stale, while preserving the delicate flavors that are susceptible to scalding, leaving you with a smooth, balanced cup. This system is perfect for preparing large batches of cold brew beverages at your coffee shop, cafe, or restaurant; and since it’s stored cold in a refrigerator, the concentrate won’t instantly dilute the ice in cold drinks.

Efficiently Designed

Easy to Brew

To brew a 2.5 gallon prepared batch of cold brew coffee concentrate, place a filter inside of the beverage dispenser according to instructions, add 5 lb. of your favorite coarse-ground coffee, and pour 3 gallons of room temperature water over the grounds. Let steep for 8-24 hours before bottling or using your concentrate. It’s that simple! This system is also ideal for crafting cold-brewed tea concentrate.

Diversify Your Menu

Create various menu items with one concentrate to maximize your profits! To serve, it is recommended to dilute the concentrate with 3 parts water, milk, or dairy alternative to every 1 part of concentrate. Mix to taste and adjust ratio as needed to make your coffee as strong or as mild as your customer prefers. For hot beverages, mix the concentrate with hot water or milk, or you can even incorporate the concentrate along with syrups and spices into recipes for your signature cocktails, smoothies, frappes, or iced tea beverages.
