Featuring an impressive 110 cup capacity, the urn brews up to (110) 5 oz. cups in just over 1 hour, perfect for busy hotel bistros, popular diners, breakfast buffets, and traditional coffee shops. It’s designed for ease of use and maximum safety, featuring an easy-pour lever and a pour spout that remains cool to the touch. The spout is also dripless, so you can be sure that the counter area beneath the spout stays dry and clean, eliminating the messy puddle that other beverage dispensers are notorious for creating. Plus, whenever transport is required, the urn is comfortable and safe to move, thanks to its stay-cool handles.
This particular coffee urn is designed for commercial applications, with dual, commercial-grade heaters. One heater ensures that the brewing temperature remains at 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while the second heater keeps the coffee warm so it dispenses at approximately 185 degrees Fahrenheit. Together, the heaters help produce deliciously piping hot coffee to help awaken and revive customers.
Intuitive and easy to use, the urn is powered by a simple on/off power switch, which lights up when flipped to the ‘on’ position. A ready indicator light also provides a visual cue to your employees that the unit is on and in use. For the safety of your staff and facility, the urn includes a boil dry protection feature with an automatic reset. And to keep maintenance simple and the urn easy to clean, it’s made entirely of stainless steel, from its exterior to its internal components and parts.
