Whether you are looking to make tea, soup, oatmeal, pasta, or other foods that start with hot water, this Waring WWB10GC 10 gallon tap-operated hot water dispenser (Canadian use only) saves energy and time by providing water that’s already hot! This boiler holds up to 10 gallons above the spigot level and 12 gallons total which speeds up the cooking and serving process by eliminating the time spent waiting for water to boil. This unit heats 10 gallons of water in 3 hours and thanks to the “no drip” faucet, you won’t need to worry about excess product dripping away! This dispenser is designed with built-in pour-over and automatic refill features to suit your needs. Take advantage of the portable, pour-over function by adding cold water to the top of the unit to heat in any location or attach it to a plumbing connection and set the automatic refill setting for hot water at the push of a button.
This hot water boiler features precise temperature control and accuracy with a temperature range from 150 – 205 degrees Fahrenheit (66 – 96 degrees Celsius). Digital controls include temperature and time settings, Fahrenheit and Celsius options, light controls, and night mode, all displayed on a blue backlit LCD display. Ideal for off-site events, catering, and banquets, this unit offers a knuckle guard for safe operation during dispensing, adjustable steel feet to balance and set the unit at the optimal height, and non-skid caps for excellent stability. For on-site applications, set the “night-mode” feature to automatically start heating water overnight to ensure water is hot and ready to use when you need it!
This hot water dispenser is crafted from heavy-duty, 304 brushed stainless steel with caution markings and features an overflow trough to prevent water and condensation from entering the tank. For easy cleaning, the faucet is removable, and a secondary pipe drains all remaining water located below the faucet. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation and the unit features a 3 1/2′ cord.
